RFPs arrived as long PDFs, Word files, annexures, and tables scattered across emails and portals, forcing teams to manually pull information into spreadsheets, chase SMEs for clarifications, and constantly fight to maintain an accurate compliance matrix. Packaging tasks, TOCs, resumes, forms, frequently slipped, and version control became messy the moment external collaborators were involved.
Stakeholders needed a guided, consistent way to ingest and structure RFP content, accelerate requirement extraction, and generate grounded first drafts. They also needed clear review and approval workflows with full accountability, along with clean, client-ready exports, without the subscription limits, licensing complexity, or workflow friction that slowed down traditional proposal tools.
