Morning Spark: Fresh Ideas and New Thinking

The 15th anniversary celebration was designed as a full-day experience of learning, reflection, and connection.

The day began with Arjun Joshi, Senior Digital Marketer, who shared insights from a recent Digital Marketer Meetup, focusing on Claude, an AI tool transforming the AI revolution. He highlighted how Claude is reshaping workflows, making tasks smarter, faster, and more creative, inspiring the team to explore new ways to integrate AI into everyday work.

AI at Work: Smarter, Faster, Better

Under the guidance of Parth Parmar, Project Manager, the team came together for AI Agentic Day, a session focused on workflow automation. Everyone shared ideas on how to work smarter, faster, and more efficiently using AI.

Through group discussions and quick experiments, ideas turned into practical solutions. Notes were taken, photos were clicked, and the team built energy for the celebration later.

Work Hard, Party Harder!

The Evening moved into the 15th Anniversary Event with a warm welcome and a few team games that instantly lifted the mood.

The founders, Nitin Chauhan and Sanjay Chauhan, shared the story of NITSAN’s beginnings and the vision that brought the company this far. Their words reflected not only achievements but also future possibilities, motivating everyone to continue working for impact.

Long-Time Legends of the Team

Team members who have been part of NITSAN for many years shared their experiences, giving a glimpse into the culture, challenges, and successes that have shaped NITSAN over the years.

Among all employees, Bharat Makwana (Senior Developer) marked a milestone of 10 years with NITSAN. He shared his journey, experiences, and reflections on growth within the company, highlighting how dedication, teamwork, and passion have contributed to both his personal growth and the company’s progress.

Another highlight was Krishna Dhapa (Senior QA Tester), who recently completed 4 years at NITSAN and shared her experience. She spoke about how the founder always keeps his word, delivering on promises, which has made working at NITSAN a trusting and motivating experience. To add some fun, she organized a “Fun Corporate Awards” game, where the team guessed people based on hints about their habits, skills, qualities, and personality. It was a wonderful way to celebrate teamwork and togetherness.
