NITSAN AI Carnival 2025

At NITSAN, events are never just about code. They are about people, learning and the kind of shared experiences that shape a strong, future‑ready team and the NITSAN AI CARNIVAL 2025 was the perfect embodiment of that spirit.

After several successful Coding Carnivals, one thing became clear: our work, our clients and our own products were moving deeper into AI every year. That is why the 2025 edition evolved from a pure Coding Carnival into the first NITSAN AI Carnival

The focus shifted from “how we work today” to “how we use AI to work smarter across all teams”, keeping the same culture of fun and collaboration while aligning the entire event with our AI‑driven direction as a company.

This year’s carnival brought that spirit to life with AI workshops, themed days and many moments that reminded everyone why working together matters in an AI‑first world.

Day 1: Confidence Mode – Building Our AI Mindset

Setting the tone

Day 1 of NITSAN AI Carnival opened in full CONFIDENCE MODE. The office was transformed with sleek AI-themed decor and lighting that set a focused, celebratory tone the moment you walked in.

Everyone arrived in their best formal wear, adding to the sense that this was more than a regular workday. It felt like a conference and a festival at the same time, designed for learning, connection and ambition.

Inspiring Opening by the Founders

Our founders kicked off the day with an opening speech that framed why NITSAN is entering its next chapter as an AI‑driven company.

They spoke about 14+ years of building digital solutions and how the next decade will be defined by practical, business-focused AI.

They also underlined a clear message for the team: confidence in AI comes from understanding, experimentation and responsibility. The carnival, they said, was a place to practice all three.

AI panel with professors

Next came an AI panel discussion with invited IT professors, turning the room into a bridge between academia and industry.

The conversation explored how AI is reshaping education, software development, which skills students are learning today and what companies like NITSAN need from the next generation of engineers.

Team members asked questions about real-world AI use cases, ethics and long-term career paths. The discussion made it clear that AI is not a trend but a new layer in nearly every digital project.

Self-Learning and Team-Led Workshops

After the panel, the focus shifted to self‑learning and skill‑improvement sessions across the company. Team members prepared their own topics and led focused blocks on AI‑assisted development, prompt techniques and practical tooling for everyday work.

Workshops ran in small, cross‑team groups so people could learn from each other’s strengths and project experiences. Colleagues shared real use cases, walked through live demos and discussed where AI could take over repetitive tasks or raise delivery quality.

Session on AI‑Driven Smart Control Systems

A key highlight of the day was the dedicated session on AI‑Driven Smart Control Systems by Manthan Kathiriya.

He showed how AI models can monitor patterns, make predictions and trigger automated actions in complex environments, from industry use cases to digital platforms.

The talk connected architecture diagrams with concrete scenarios, helping the team see how such systems could be integrated into real NITSAN solutions. It left many participants thinking about how to apply similar ideas in their own domains.

Wrapping Up Day 1 with Fun

The evening shifted gently into fun mode, without losing the day’s energy. Teams gathered for informal activities, light games and conversations that mixed AI ideas with everyday stories.

With good food, music and shared laughter, Day 1 ended exactly as planned: confident, informed and more connected than when it started.

Day 2: Island Mode – Curious Minds, Open Conversations

Island Vibes and Morning Icebreakers

Day 2 of NITSAN AI Carnival switched into ISLAND MODE, bringing a relaxed, beach‑inspired atmosphere into the office. Bright outfits, themed corners and photo spots set the tone for a day focused on creativity, connection and playful experimentation.

The morning started with light‑hearted activities and icebreakers to get everyone moving. Team‑wise and individual ramp walks turned the workspace into a fun runway, while food stations with snacks and treats kept the energy high from the first break onward.

Spotlight Session: AI & Privacy 2026

After this warm‑up, the tone became more reflective with a focused session on AI & Privacy 2026 by Vishal Solanki. The talk explored how AI systems handle data, what privacy expectations are emerging and why responsible design is critical when building AI features for real users

Hands-on workshops

With that foundation in place, the team moved into a dedicated learning period. People revisited internal resources, case studies and tools that show how privacy, security and quality should be part of AI‑driven development from the start.

The afternoon brought a series of hands‑on workshops, again led by NITSAN team members. In small groups, participants tried out AI tools, tested prompts and discussed how to integrate these capabilities into existing projects without compromising standards.

Session Focus: AI Search vs. Human Search

A special session on AI Search vs. Human Search by Hitesh Chauhan and Mahesh Rathod then opened up an engaging comparison. The discussion and demos showed where AI‑based search shines, where human judgment is still essential and how combining both can give users better answers, faster.

Fun closing activities

To close the day, everyone returned to fun activities and casual games in the island‑themed space. Laughter, photos and relaxed conversations rounded off a day that balanced serious topics like privacy and search with the lightness of a team enjoying time together.

Day 3: Celebration Mode – Together Towards an AI Future

Learning sessions and reflections

Day 3 of NITSAN AI Carnival opened in CELEBRATION MODE, with party wear and a clear sense that this was both a learning day and a finale. The atmosphere balanced focus and excitement, as everyone prepared to wrap up the three‑day journey on a high note.

The morning began with learning sessions led by team members, focused on turning ideas from the first two days into concrete practices. Small groups revisited AI use cases, shared quick wins and refined ways to bring AI into daily workflows in a sustainable way.

“Manual Work → AI Tools” session

A central highlight was the AI session “Manual Work → AI Tools” with Himanshu and Dhruv.

They walked through real examples of repetitive tasks and showed how carefully selected AI tools can assist with documentation, research, basic analysis and other time‑consuming steps, freeing people to focus on higher‑value work.

Looking Ahead – Our AI Journey Continues

As we wrap up NITSAN AI Carnival 2025, there is a strong mix of gratitude, pride and excitement for what comes next.

These three days were more than an event; they were a celebration of our people, our curiosity and the way we grow together as an AI‑driven team.

The ideas, experiments and conversations from this week are only the beginning. Here’s to exploring smarter ways of working, building meaningful AI solutions and creating many more shared moments along the way.

We are excited to write the next chapter of NITSAN AI together.

Founders’ Reflections and Next Steps

In the evening, our founders took the stage for closing sessions that looked both back and forward.

They reflected on what the team had explored during the carnival and outlined how NITSAN AI will continue to integrate artificial intelligence into services, products and internal processes in a responsible way.

Recognising Our AI Carnival Contributors

This naturally led into an appreciation and awards segment, recognising colleagues who brought extra energy, initiative and support to the three days. From standout speakers and workshop leaders to behind‑the‑scenes organisers, each recognition underlined that the event worked because many people contributed.

New Year Celebration

The evening then shifted fully into New Year celebration mode. Music, food and dancing turned the office into a party space where everyone could relax, laugh and close the year together, carrying forward the momentum of the AI Carnival into the next chapter.
